Communication – I chose communication as one of my goals because it is a key aspect in general life.
Time management – Also good timing is needed in life. If you have a job and you don’t have good time management and you get to work late a lot, it wont be a good turn out.
Problem Solving – When I grow up, i wanna be just like Sherlock Holmes, Ha yeh right. Problem solving is amazing, with some things its exactly like putting a puzzle piece together.
Justice and Law – I really like Justice and Law, but i don’t know much about it and it would be really awesome to be in that area of work
The Media – Knowing what is going on in the world is always a bonus in life, and you can use hearing about politics to make you sound boring and old yet know something at the same time to parents 🙂
Personal Strengths and Weaknesses -I really want to learn my own personal strengths and weaknesses. Knowing what I am capable of achieving and practicing them yet while working on the things I cannot do
Trustworthiness – I want to be able to be trusted, not only by people and friends my age but people who are much older and are in higher positions and also with trustworthiness comes respect. So hopefully … I will gain that!!
Strong Self-esteem – Self-esteem pfft, I kind of care about this but not, I’m not exactly what you would call ‘Confident’, I may lack self-esteem but I’ll try and work on it…
Courage – Ahah, there’s kind of two different kinds of courage in my eyes, there’s one where you are put on the spot and try something completely new and different Or there’s the courage to talk to somebody you’re nervous around, or say putting your hand up in class. I want to be able to say that I am courageous but when ever i end up trying something new, I walk or limp away with a battle scar 🙂 which isn’t too bad, i guess its proof that I tried something new and daring!

Trustworthiness and time management would feed in to each other – excelling at time management would make you dependable, increasing the likelihood of people trusting you 🙂
My sense is that communication is bolstered by strong self esteem & courage – not because you become extremely chatty – but because you trust in yourself and are able to have difficult conversations when necessary, in a constructive way.
I think you will enjoy Justice Week – and keep an ear out for Media Literacy – hopefully, we will be able to run a session or a trail 🙂
If you were to choose one of these goals as the most important for your progress this term, which would it be? What steps will you need to take along the way to achieve success?

If i were to choose just one goal hmmm i would probably want to work on Stronger Self-esteem. I’m not exactly how i will achieve this yet aha, but i will work on it!!

Sometimes we have to look at the beliefs that we have about ourselves – what we are capable of and what we think we deserve… it can feel like hard work – but it is possible to change the stories we tell ourselves – and start to believe that we are capable of anything we work hard for and that we deserve happiness and success 🙂
